We keep our warranty simple and straightforward:  In the first 5 years, if anything goes wrong with one of our bags or gun cases we want to know about it. We will in most cases ask you to ship it to us and very likely fix it or replace it for free (unless the dog ate it, you cut it, or shoot it – then we will say no, hell no!) 

Please understand that at some point, regardless of how well we build it, the product will need to be replaced as materials and components simply wear out over time, depending on care and frequency of use. 

If you have a problem with one of our products please contact us, we want to support our valued customers as much as we possibly can.  With our Five Star Premium Quality Guarantee we absolutely stand behind you and our products, we just ask that you use common sense - we are not idiots.

What info do you need from me?

Your name, e-mail, and a message is really all we need, but the more info you can provide the better chance we have of helping you quickly and efficiently. So if you can, provide the name/size/style of your product, where and when you bought it, and tell us about what is wrong with it. A member of our Customer Care team will typically get back to you within 24 hours and if you put down your phone number likely even faster.
